Today was the snake tribes first class, we were introduced to journeying by Lynn Saunders.  For many it was their first experience of journeying with shamanic drumming.

After calling in the spirits the journeys started with linking the spirit animals to the medicine wheel , The firs journey was with the eagle ‘air’ followed by the snake ‘fire’ then the bear ‘water’ and lastly the buffalo ‘earth’. we used the medicine wheel as a basis and everyone had varied experiences of different intensity.

overall everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and experienced something of the Shamanic.
