As we go through life we have many experiences…

Some of them are positive and some of them not, in both instances we make decisions and form beliefs about ourselves. These beliefs and decisions are now running our lives. We made many of them before we were even 6 years old.

EFT is an emotional version of Acupuncture WITHOUT the needles. It is based on the understanding that

“The cause of negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”

It is based on a unique exercise that calms you so you can think more clearly about the problem. This means that you can pull up what bothers you and turn it off on purpose, you do it with focus and intention using a series of touches or taps.

The end points of medians are used to help rebalance and clear the body’s energy system.

It can be used for for many things including

  • Anxiety
